Architect Guillermo Pacheco Valle obtained his bachelor's degree in Architecture from the Veritas University and additionally graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the Interamerican University. During his learning process he had the opportunity to attend different international conferences, which has allowed him to see the different trends and existing construction systems from a broader perspective.

During his work experience he has been able to learn to optimize the different traditional construction systems used nationally and others not so traditional such as light structure construction systems and modular systems.

With more than 13,000.00 square meters of experience, he has had the opportunity to participate and lead projects of all kinds such as the remodeling of the Hewlett Packard company's call centers in Forum I and II, maintenance of the Intercontinental Camino Real Hotel and the design and supervision of the clubhouse and model house of the Lomas del Valle condominium developed by the Kirebe company in Santa Ana.
